The IT Infrastructure Department at IU International University faced challenges with visibility in its project portfolio management. Projects were being planned, but not in a coordinated way. Resource allocation was inconsistent. Project planning was patchy. Without a standardised system in place, collaboration suffered, and dependencies were missed.

With over 130 000 students and more than 250 study programs, IU needed more than just a small fix - it needed a robust and user-friendly project portfolio management (PPM) system.
